How Much Do I Need?
You may have heard of estimating one Sculptra vial for each decade of life. This is not a clinical dosing rule. Your treatment plan depends on facial anatomy, degree of volume loss, skin condition, and individual goals, not age alone.

Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite injectable that provides structural support and stimulates collagen production. Treatment can address appropriate facial folds or contour concerns, depending on the product and treatment area.
Treatment uses & clinical suitability
Radiesse and Radiesse (+) are FDA approved to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds. Radiesse is also approved for volume loss in the backs of the hands. Radiesse (+), which contains lidocaine, is approved to improve moderate to severe loss of jawline contour in adults over 21. Radiesse diluted 1:2 with sterile saline is approved for décolleté wrinkles in adults 22 and older. Other diluted or hyperdiluted skin-quality applications outside these labeled uses are off-label and require a discussion of benefits, risks, and alternatives.
